We agree to replace, at our option, any KIC products which fail in normal use and service because of defects in material and/or workmanship. KIC may require items be returned freight prepaid for examination and disposition by our engineering department. All returns must have prior written consent. This warranty shall not apply to products subjected to abuse, improper installation, negligence, accident or results thereof, or improper maintenance which affect the reliability or stability of the products. The obligation stated in this Warranty Agreement shall be the limit of our liability under this warranty. We assume no responsibility in the absence of written approval of specific applications.
